Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Hüseyin Deniz KIVRAK ("Developer") for the use of Untile Fast ("App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the App.

Apple's Standard EULA

This App is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Standard EULA"), available at:

The terms of Apple's Standard EULA are incorporated into this EULA by reference. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this EULA and Apple's Standard EULA, Apple's Standard EULA shall govern.

License

The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple device that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

In-App Purchases

The App offers optional consumable in-app purchases ("helper packs") that provide additional in-game helpers (Remove, Undo, Shuffle) and gold. These purchases are:

• Consumable: Helper uses and gold are consumed during gameplay and are not recoverable once used.
• Non-subscription: There are no recurring charges. Each purchase is a one-time transaction.
• Processed by Apple: All transactions are handled through Apple's App Store. The Developer does not collect or store any payment information.

All in-app purchases are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.

Intellectual Property

The App and all of its content, including but not limited to graphics, gameplay mechanics, audio, and text, are the intellectual property of the Developer and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the App

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.

Changes to This EULA

The Developer reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated EULA.
